4 easy yoga poses to help you de-stress

So the week has only just begun but I can't be the only one who is feeling stressed already. With deadlines, morning rush, evening traffic and cooking life can get pretty hectic so here are four of my go-to yoga poses to help me relax just before I get into bed or first thing in the morning when I'm out of bed.
It's always a good idea to start with simple yoga poses the first few months before moving to more complicated stuff like inversions. Hold each pose for five deep breaths
